2024 Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) Engagement - Reminder of Agency Responsibilities
The annual OPM AUP begins in the April/May timeframe. The purpose of the audit is to assist OPM in assessing the reasonableness of Retirement, Health Benefits, and Life Insurance withholdings, contributions, and data submissions.

Tax Change Implemented Pay Period (PP) 2024-01 OH

On December 19, 2023, the Payroll Users Manual Version 6.5, the Casual Payroll Users Manual Version 4.10, the Client Interface Guide Version 5.17, the Payroll Accounting Guide Version 5.16, and the Time and Attendance Guide Version 4.15 were updated on our website with the December 2023 release information.

Early Submission of Time and Attendance (T&A) Files for Pay Period (PP) 2024-02
Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, January 15, 2024, falls at a critical time in the payroll processing cycle for PP 2024-02. As a result of the holiday, all pay groups are required to submit amendment and current T&A files to the Interior Business Center (IBC) as outlined below, which may be early for some agencies.
