    New CSC Phone Number is 866-367-1272 (As of March 10, 2023)

    As we informed you in a previous message, the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution. This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree). Starting Friday, March 10, 2023, the new CSC Phone Number is 866-367-1272.

    QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey

    This survey will provide data on customer experience and satisfaction with the QSMOs, as well as understand the drivers behind the levels of customer satisfaction. This annual survey will baseline customer satisfaction and allow us to measure progress over time for QSMO performance across the federal government.

    Upcoming QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey

    The Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (OSSPI) at GSA is partnering with OMB and the federal Quality Service Management Offices (QSMOs) to launch the new annual QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey on January 17, 2023.
