We are pleased to announce that our IBC Customer Central has been updated! IBC Customer Central is a single-entry point to streamline online customer support and simplify access to IBC-managed systems and applications.
As we informed you in a previous message, the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution. This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree). Starting Friday, March 10, 2023, the new CSC Phone Number is 866-367-1272.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your customer experience, we are pleased to announce that the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution. This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree).
This survey will provide data on customer experience and satisfaction with the QSMOs, as well as understand the drivers behind the levels of customer satisfaction. This annual survey will baseline customer satisfaction and allow us to measure progress over time for QSMO performance across the federal government.
The Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (OSSPI) at GSA is partnering with OMB and the federal Quality Service Management Offices (QSMOs) to launch the new annual QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey on January 17, 2023.
Due to changes required in the Department of the Interior’s Financial and Business Management System (FBMS), IBC’s readiness as a Seller/Servicing Agency to accept G-Invoicing orders (7600Bs) starting October 1, 2022, will be delayed until sometime in FY 2023.
As part of the finalization of the migration to the Albuquerque Data Center, we will utilize our disaster recovery tools to transition existing VPN connections to the Albuquerque Data Center.
IBC is pleased to report that the Data Center migration from Denver to DOI’s new Albuquerque Data Center has been completed as planned. Following the move, we became aware of two minor issues. IBC and DOI OCIO are working diligently on the resolution of both issues. We have also notified all impacted customers.
In preparation to the transition to the government-wide invoicing solution, IBC has been actively engaged with your agency on implementing G-Invoicing with your OFF financial management solution.
