Furloughed Agencies – Time and Attendance Submission Requirements and Processing Information for Interim Off-Cycle Payments
Following the signing of the Continuing Appropriations and Extension Act, 2026 (H.R.5371), the IBC began processing retroactive pay for federal employees who were not paid during the government shutdown that began on October 1, 2025, and ended on November 12, 2025.
