SUBJECT: 2024 W-2s Now Available for View and Print in Employee Express
Good News!
The 2024 W-2s are now available for viewing and printing in Employee Express.
Important Reminders for Employees:
- Electronic W-2s: If employees elected to receive electronic W-2s, they will not receive a hard copy. It is their responsibility to access Employee Express and print their W-2.
- Inactive Employees: All inactive employees will have their W-2s mailed. Hard copy W-2s are currently being printed and prepared for mailing, consistent with our Payroll Reminders for Year End 2024 and New Year 2025, which can be found here: Payroll Reminders.
Additional Information:
- Starting February 14, 2025, the Customer Service Center will be able to reissue the 2024 W-2s.
- Employees are encouraged to sign up for electronic W-2s for next year, especially during this tax season. This year, approximately 57% of active employees have opted for electronic W-2s—THANK YOU!
Technical Tips:
- If employees encounter a popup blocker while logging into Employee Express, they may need to disable it via "Tools."
- Employees who need to reset their Employee Express passwords will only receive the new passwords to their .gov or .edu email addresses.
Tax Filing Reminder:
- IRS Free File is available for individuals with an Adjusted Gross Income of $84,000 or less. Employees can prepare and file their taxes quickly, safely, and for free using the following link: IRS Free File.
