SUBJECT: Updated Versions of the Payroll Users Manual, Client Interface Guide, Payroll Accounting Guide, and Time and Attendance Guide
Please share the following information with all appropriate staff.
On December 17, 2024, the Payroll Users Manual Version 6.8, the Client Interface Guide Version 5.20, the Payroll Accounting Guide Version 5.19, and the Time and Attendance Guide Version 4.18 were updated on our website with the December 2024 release information. Please note no updates were made to the Casual Payroll Users Manual this release. Additionally, forms POD-09: Information for Reporting Non-Receipt of Direct Deposit (DD)/Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Payments, and POD-27: Transmittal to Payroll Operations Division, were updated.
The updated versions of the Client Interface, Payroll Accounting, or Time and Attendance Guides are available to download, view, or save as pdf documents. To access the updated Payroll Users Manuals, follow the FPPS link just below the Guides, login, and then select the Manuals & Guides tab. To see documentation of all the changes, refer to the Version Control Record located at the end of each manual/guide.
