Treasury customers transitioning to IBC for eTravel services
Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC, formerly known as BFS-ARC) is in the process of implementing GO.gov for their non-Treasury customers. This page provides GO.gov resources, events, and announcements for future IBC customers.
Update July 2026:
On July 22, 2026, TCSC sent a notice to non-Treasury agencies regarding a shift in the go live schedule for the non-Treasury customers. Only a few agencies will go live with GO.gov on August 3, 2026. The remaining agencies transitioning to IBC will go live with GO.gov in April 2027.
For agencies transitioning to IBC, TCSC will continue to provide eTravel support through April 30, 2027, on GO.gov and ConcurGov (for those not going live until April 2027). Starting May 1, 2027, IBC will provide the eTravel support. Please continue to monitor this page for updates.
For customers who will utilize IBC for its purchase card and relocation support, IBC will be starting support for those services on October 1, 2026, as TCSC will be discontinuing support for those functions at the end of FY26.
