He brings a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget by leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2, and PMP best practice –always driving efficiency, risk reduction, and stakeholder alignment.
James Dell’Olio
James Dell’Olio joined the Interior Business Center in December 2015 as a Branch Chief in the Acquisition Services Directorate. In 2018, James moved to the Financial Management Directorate as a FAC-PM Senior Level where he has worked on many projects/programs for both DOI and other federal agencies. Most recently, he has been selected to be the PMO branch chief. In addition to the branch chief duties, he is serving as a COR and AOR for research and development contracts as well as time and material labor-hour contracts for multiple clients. Prior to joining IBC, James spent 25 years as an officer in the United States Army with 13 of those as an acquisition officer, serving as a project manager for an ACAT 1 program as well as a program manager for TS-SCI programs on the Joint Staff. James is COR Level III certified and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from USMA and a MS in Geodetic Science from The Ohio State University.

Jennifer’s expertise includes requirements management, test leadership, and the deployment of CRM, knowledge management, workforce management, financial, and acquisition systems. She is recognized for her ability to lead cross‑functional teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and drive operational efficiencies across diverse federal environments.
