Casual Pay Guide – Version Control Record

Casual Pay workers are defined as workers hired under the authority of the U.S. code called the Pay Plan for Emergency Workers.

The Casual Pay Guide is a web-based publication that mimics a typical printed user guide. It is organized by chapters, as follows:

In case of a system outage Casual users can contact the above number and menu options and their call is routed to DOI OCIO's Data Operations Team which is a 24/7 operation. This group has on-call information for every IBC support application and can report and escalate system outages appropriately.
