Webinar Description:
This webinar provides an overview of how to properly code Time & Attendance (T&A) records with environmental hazard for General Schedule, General Wildland, and Wage Grade employees.
Target Audience:
This webinar is appropriate for supervisors and timekeepers who support employees using environmental hazard coding on their T&A.

Log in to HR Academy at https://hracademy.ibc.doi.gov/login/index.php.
- Note: You will need an account for this website. If you do not have an account, select the “Create new account” button at the bottom of the page.
Registration and Enrollments Process:
- Once you are logged in to HR Academy, click on the “Payroll Courses” icon in the “Featured Links” section.
- In the search bar, type the name of the webinar you wish to attend and press enter or click on the magnifying glass icon.
- In your search results, select the correct webinar and click “Go to course.” On the next page, choose the date and time you wish to attend and click “Go to event.” Finally, ensure the “Receive confirmation by” drop down menu has “Email with iCalendar appointment” selected and click “Sign-up.”
Confirmation Process:
Once your registration is complete, you will receive two separate emails. The first will confirm your enrollment in the webinar, and the second will include the meeting details, a link to join the session, and an option to add the event to your calendar.
Notification Process:
You will receive an additional email reminder two days prior to the live webinar.
