2025 Calendar Year-End Processing (Excluding SSA and Casuals)

The final pay period for this year is 2025-26, which ends on December 13, 2025. The Labor Cost File for this pay period will be available based on the Nightly Payroll Calculate schedule, as outlined below:

The Pay Period 2025-99 year-end processing will occur between December 18-26, 2025. This ensures accurate reporting for the 2025 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements. Please note the important information and dates listed below:

Labor Cost File:

  • Available no later than January 2, 2026.
  • The Labor Cost File is uniquely identified by A672025 in the last qualifier of the file name.

FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report:

  • Available in Datamart no later than January 5, 2026.
  • The report should be run for Pay Period 2025-99.

Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) Charge:

  • The IPAC charge will be processed no later than January 9, 2026.
  • The description will reflect “Total Charge to Appropriation for Pay Period 2025-99 Year End Adjustments.”
  • Please note that Pay Period 2025-99 year-end charges must be included in January processing, along with other bi-weekly payroll charges, to ensure that month’s financial reconciliation.
