SUBJECT: Updated Versions of the Payroll Users Manual, Casual Payroll Users Manual, Client Interface Guide, Payroll Accounting Guide, and Time and Attendance Guide
Please share the following information with all appropriate staff.
On August 29, 2024, the Payroll Users Manual Version 6.7, the Casual Payroll Users Manual Version 4.12, the Client Interface Guide Version 5.19, the Payroll Accounting Guide Version 5.18, and the Time and Attendance Guide Version 4.17 were updated on our website with the August 2024 release information. Updates also include changes outlined in our August 20, 2024, User Group memo “Payroll Operation Division (POD) Address and Fax Number Changes” because of our recent move to Building 48 at the Denver Federal Center. To see documentation of updates made, refer to the Version Control Record located at the end of each guide/manual.
The updated versions of the Client Interface, Payroll Accounting, or Time and Attendance Guides are available to download, view, or save as pdf documents. To access the updated Payroll Users Manuals, follow the FPPS link just below the Guides, login, and then select the Manuals & Guides tab.
