SUBJECT: 2024 Fiscal Year (FY) End Processing – DOI FBMS
For the 2024 FY end processing, pay period (PP) 2024-21, the Federal Personnel and Pay System (FPPS) will not produce a split Labor Cost file. The PP 2024-21 Labor Cost file will include payroll costs for FYs 2024 and 2025, September 22 through October 5, 2024. The file will be available following the calculate process for PP 2024-21. For each client, there will be only one FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report available in Datamart, which will contain the total charge for PP 2024-21.
