SUBJECT: 2024 Calendar Year End Processing – Casual Hire
Please share this information with all appropriate staff. The final pay period (PP) for this year is 2024-27, which ends on December 27, 2024. All paid daily actions must be processed no later than December 26, 2024. This ensures the payments are included and processed for PP 2024-27 calculate on December 27, 2024. The Labor Cost File for this PP will be available on December 30, 2024. Please note the paid daily process will resume on January 2, 2025, and will be included in PP 2025-02.
This year, there will not be a PP 2024-99 calendar year-end processing due to the timing of PP 2024-27. As result, no PP 2024-99 Labor Cost File, FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report, or Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) charge will be generated.
