The final pay period for this year is 2025-27, which ends on December 26, 2025. The Labor Cost File for this pay period will be available on December 29, 2025.
All paid daily actions must be processed no later than December 24, 2025. This ensures the payments are included and processed for Pay Period 2025-27 calculate on December 26, 2025. Please note that the paid daily process will resume on January 2, 2026, and will be included in Pay Period 2026-02.
There will not be a Pay Period 2025-99 calendar year-end processing this year due to the timing of Pay Period 2025-27. As a result, no Pay Period 2025-99 Labor Cost File, FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report, or Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) charge will be generated.
