SUBJECT: 2025 Fiscal Year (FY) End Processing – DOI FBMS
For the 2025 FY end processing, pay period (PP) 2025-21, the Federal Personnel and Pay System (FPPS) will not produce a split Labor Cost file. The PP 2025-21 Labor Cost file will include payroll costs for fiscal years 2025 and 2026, September 21 through October 4, 2025. The file will be available following the calculate process for PP 2025-21. For each client, there will be only one FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report available in Datamart, which will contain the total charge for PP 2025-21.
