SUBJECT: Updated Versions of the Payroll Users Manual, Casual Payroll Users Manual, Client Interface Guide, Payroll Accounting Guide, and Time and Attendance Guide
Please share the following information with all appropriate staff.
On May 2, 2025, the Payroll Users Manual Version 6.9, the Casual Payroll Users Manual Version 4.13, the Client Interface Guide Version 5.21, the Payroll Accounting Guide Version 5.19, and the Time and Attendance Guide Version 4.18 were updated on our website with the May 2025 release information. To see documentation of these changes, refer to the Version Control Record located at the end of each guide/manual. Additionally, forms POD-40: Agency Liability for Recertified Payment, and POD-41: Authorization Release Form, were updated.
POD-40: Agency Liability for Recertified Payment is utilized for one of the following reasons:
Administrative error resulting in an inaccurate change to employee’s Direct Deposit (DD)/Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
Unauthorized/unvalidated change to employee’s DD/EFT
Suspected fraudulent change to employee’s DD/EFT
Other (Remarks required):
POD-41: Authorization Release Form is submitted to the Customer Support Center if an employee cannot complete their income verification through The Work Number.
The updated versions of the Client Interface, Payroll Accounting, or Time and Attendance Guides are available to download, view, or save as pdf documents. To access the updated Payroll Users Manuals, follow the FPPS link just below the Guides, login, and then select the Manuals & Guides tab.
