Donor Notification Process

Donor Notification Process: Instructions for Scheduler

  1. Donor notification must be made using voice to voice contact or Americans with Disability Act (ADA) approved methods.

  2. Confirm the donor is currently in the zip code where the drug test will be scheduled and will remain there for the next 48 hours. Do not let the donor know you are calling regarding their drug test.

  3. If the donor will not be available, determine a return date and contact them when they will be available.

  4. Once location and availability are confirmed, inform the donor you are calling to schedule their pre-employment drug test, verify the zip code and provide the donor with the drug test information.

  5. Verify donor email address to send ePassport.
