Subject: Duplicate Net Paycheck Deposits for Westerra Credit Union Customers


Please share this information with all impacted employees.

Duplicate net paycheck deposits for Pay Period 2025-18 have been reported for some Westerra Credit Union customers. The issue occurred during Westerra’s processing of the ACH payroll transactions and some transactions were inadvertently posted twice. Please note that the issue is isolated to Westerra Credit Union account holders, and it is not related to the IBC’s payroll processing systems.

Employees who bank with Westerra Credit Union should contact Westerra if they notice duplicate deposits in their account. No action is currently needed from the IBC or agency HR offices.
