SUBJECT: Payroll Operation Division (POD) Address and Fax Number Changes
Please ensure that the information below is shared with all appropriate staff within your agency as well as ensuring any internal agency websites, documentation, forms, etc., are updated accordingly as soon as possible.
This is a follow up to the July 22, 2024, User Group memo “ Correction – IBC’s Move to the Denver Federal Center.”, advising you of our move to Building 48 at the Denver Federal Center. We have been and are working to update the below information on our Customer Central website, guides/manuals, forms, email signature blocks, semi-annual Point of Contact (POC) listings, entities that list our information for income withholding purpose, etc.:
Address Change:
- From (old): P.O. Box 272030, Denver, CO 80227
- To (new): P.O. Box 25365, Denver, CO 80225
Important items to note:
- Mail Stop Numbers have not changed.
For example: POD D-2600 - Mail will continue to be received at both the old and new address for an extended period of time; however, we highly encourage immediate use of the new address.
Fax Number Changes:
- Initially, there was no plan to change our fax numbers. However, due to numerous technology infrastructure challenges, on August 14, 2024, we made the decision to change our fax numbers.
- Our new fax numbers are listed below and effective as of August 15, 2024.

Important items to note:
- Any faxes sent on or after August 15, 2024, we highly encourage those be refaxed to the new applicable fax number.
- Option in lieu of faxing documents to the POD:
- The Secure Transport Web Client allows the exchange of various types of information between Clients to POD and vice versa.
- This is only for those agencies that do not already have Secure Transport already established with POD.
- A request to establish folder through Secure Transport should be emailed to pod_sacs_sas@ibc.doi.gov
- The Secure Transport Web Client allows the exchange of various types of information between Clients to POD and vice versa.
Updated Payroll Manuals and Guides:
Our standard memo for updates to manuals and guides after a Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS) and Quicktime release (i.e., 24.02) will be issued no later than September 3, 2024, with the address and fax number changes.
