Subject: Correction - IBC's Move to the Denver Federal Center
This is a correction to the July 22, 2024, Customer Information Bulletin. The city, state, and zip code has been added to the P.O. Box address for the Payroll Operations Division.
Valued IBC Customers,
IBC’s Lakewood campus is moving to Building 48 at the Denver Federal Center starting July 24, 2024. This move consolidates multiple buildings into one, while putting us closer to many of our customers. The location is approximately seven miles from our current campus.
Our new mailing address is:
One Denver Federal Center
Bldg 48
Denver, CO 80225
This address should be used for all mail and deliveries, including U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, and UPS.
The P.O. Box for the Payroll Operations Division will change from P.O. Box 272030, Denver, CO 80227, to P.O. Box 25365, Denver, CO 80225.
There will not be any changes to internal mail stops used on correspondence.
The move will have several benefits to IBC and our customers including:
- Consolidation of Lakewood, Colorado, IBC employees to one building.
- Closer proximity to customers and stakeholders.
- Increased meeting space to support in-person and virtual meetings and trainings with customers.
- Enhanced security.
- Reduced lease costs per square foot and planned cost recovery in seven and one-half years.
- Net zero energy savings.
While we are creating redundancies to ensure that the change of address doesn’t result in any missed mail, we ask that you review and update your internal documents and employee intranet sites to ensure that IBC’s new address information is correct.
