The following guidance is provided to assist you and your administrative staff in entering performance award actions in the web-based version of FPPS. Failure to follow the guidance below will result in HR returning the performance award action to the requesting office for corrective action.
- A complete and valid FY23 Employee Performance Appraisal (EPAP) must be on file in HR in order to process a performance-based award. Failure to submit a complete and valid EPAP will delay HR’s processing of any associated performance award.
- Input Quality Step Increases (QSI) actions no later than December 31, 2023, or 90 days after the end of the performance cycle.
