If you have an employee who is separating prior to the performance processing deadline who should receive an award, please contact your servicing Human Resources office.
The following guidance is provided to assist you and your administrative staff in entering performance award actions in the web-based version of NextFPPS. Failure to follow the guidance below will result in HR returning the performance award action to the requesting office for corrective action.
- A complete and valid FY24 Employee Performance Appraisal (EPAP) must be on file in HR in order to process a performance-based award. Failure to submit a complete and valid EPAP will delay HR’s processing of any associated performance award.
- Input Quality Step Increases (QSI) actions no later than December 31, 2024, or 90 days after the end of the performance cycle.
