For the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 year-end processing, the Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS) will not produce a split Labor Cost file. The Pay Period 2026-21 Labor Cost file will include payroll costs for FY 2026 and FY 2027, September 20 through October 4, 2026.
The file will be available following the calculate process for Pay Period 2026-21. For each client, there will only be one FPPS Summary Reconciliation Report available in Datamart, which will contain the total charge for Pay Period 2026-21.
