2025 1095-Cs Now Available for View and Print in Employee Express

Good News!

The 2025 1095-Cs are now available for viewing and printing in Employee Express.

Important Reminders for Employees:

  • Electronic 1095-Cs: If employees opted out of hard-copy 1095-Cs, they will not receive a printed 1095-C in the mail. It is their responsibility to access Employee Express to view and print their electronic 1095-C.
  • Inactive Employees: All inactive employees will have their 1095-Cs mailed. Hard copy 1095-Cs are currently being printed and prepared for mailing, consistent with our Payroll Reminders for Year End 2025 and New Year 2026 message.

Additional Information:

  • Starting February 17, 2026, the Customer Support Center will be able to reissue the 2025 1095-Cs.
  • We encourage all employees to elect electronic-only 1095-Cs for next year—tax season is the perfect time to make the switch. This year, approximately 44% of active employees opted out of hard-copy 1095-Cs—thank you!

Technical Tips:

  • If employees encounter a pop-up blocker while logging into Employee Express, they may need to disable it in their browser settings.
  • Employees who need to reset their Employee Express passwords can only receive the new password at their .gov or .edu email address.
