For our Interior Business Center (IBC) customers, the Payroll Operations Division is offering two webinar sessions (each session will cover the same content):

Session 1:

Duration:  1 Hour
Date:  Thursday, March 6, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time

Session 2: 

Duration:  1 Hour
Date:  Thursday, March 27, 2025
Time:  1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time

Description

This webinar provides a non-agency specific overview of premium pays AUO, EAP, and standby duty pay. Topics covered during the webinar include definitions, regulations, how FPPS calculates by premium class, and applicable pay limitations.

Target Audience 

This webinar is appropriate for Human Resources personnel and supervisors involved in the premium pay process.

Registration Information

  1. Where to Register for the Course
    1. Log into HR Academy at https://hracademy.ibc.doi.gov/login/index.php
      1. You will need to have an account for this website. Don’t have an account? Select the ‘Create New Account’ button at the bottom of this webpage.
  2. Registration and Enrollment Process
    1. Once you have created an account in HR Academy, and have been approved access, click on the ‘Find Learning’ tab at the top of the page, and locate the course(s) you wish to attend.
    2. Select the class and click on the 'Go to Course' button. Then once you are on the next page, select the 'Enroll Me' button. 
      1. You will receive an email from HR Academy stating you have been enrolled in the class, but you will need to sign up for the class to complete the process.
    3. To sign-up for the class, please navigate to the course page, select the ‘Sign-up’ link, and follow the instructions.
  3. Confirmation Process
    1. Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the presentation link.
  4. Notification Process
    1. Two days prior to the live webinar, you will receive an additional email reminder that includes the information for joining the webinar.
