SUBJECT: Temporary Credentialing Services Closures - July

Valued Customers:

IBC's Personnel Security Office will be relocating to a new physical location in July 2024 and will experience temporary closures related to credentialing services in preparation for the move.

What you need to know:

  • Enrollment appointments for fingerprints will be unavailable at the IBC Lakewood, Colorado, campus starting July 1, 2024.
  • PIV card activations and certificate updates will be unavailable at the IBC Lakewood, Colorado, campus starting July 23, 2024.
  • Enrollments and PIV card activations/updates at IBC's new Denver Federal Center location within Building 48 will not be available until mid-to-late August at the earliest; date to be determined (TBD).

All enrollments and card actions required during this time frame will be referred to other USAccess locations in the immediate area.

Additional communication will be sent when the IBC PSB Credentialing Team is able to complete enrollments and PIV card activations/updates in B48.
