SUBJECT: Upcoming Changes to Security and Drug & Alcohol Testing Division Leadership

Please share this message with colleagues in your agencies who receive Personnel Security and Drug and Alcohol Testing services and Human Resources system and services from the Interior Business Center (IBC), as well as colleagues in your Financial Management, Budget, and Information Technology organizations.
I am both saddened and excited to announce that the current Division Chief for IBC’s Human Resources Directorate (HRD) Security and Drug & Alcohol Testing Division (SDATD), Lynette Murray, has announced her retirement as of June 29, 2024, after having served over 33 years with the federal government. In transition planning for continuity, I am pleased to announce that Donessa Gaspar has been selected as the new Division Chief for the SDATD team.
Donessa previously served as a Branch Chief within SDATD and she brings with her many years of Personnel Security experience.
During the next few months, Lynette will be working to transition Donessa into her new role as the SDATD Division Chief as she prepares for retirement. This transition time will be the perfect opportunity to reacclimate Donessa and prepare SDATD for the future.
