As a federal agency/employer, we follow federal laws, regulations, etc. and we are not bound by state or local laws.

The EFT waiver form is maintained by the agency. They must keep the form on file and send it to Treasury only if they request it. At that point Treasury directs where to send the paperwork.

If an employee calls in sick on their scheduled day of work, you simply do not code them for that day. YCC participants are not entitled to any type of leave.

All pay tables should be up to date. Please make sure you do not have the "lead" box checked when initiating the HR action.

The enrollee’s pay rate will be no less than the higher of either the established Federal minimum wage or the State minimum wage. Enrollees in Alaska and Hawaii will be paid at a different rate. The Alaska and Hawaii rates for the YCC program are established based on competitive wages in those areas through coordination from the YCC Coordinators for the service.
