Open Season is Coming! This is the start of the countdown to the FEHB, FEDVIP, and FSAFEDS Open Season when employees can enroll in or change health benefits, supplemental dental and vision coverage, and elect a flexible spending account for the 2027 calendar year.

Federal Virtual Benefits Fair 2026
Register now to access the Virtual Benefits Fair at any time during open season. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the fair.
This is the first of several emails you’ll receive from the IBC Employee Benefits team regarding the upcoming Federal Benefits Open Season. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing important resources to help you review and research your 2027 FEHB and FEDVIP Plan options.
Note: If you are retiring at the end of the year, please do not change your health insurance through Employee Express. You must contact your Retirement Specialist.
