Year-to-Date Gross Pay Display Issue on Pay Period 2026-18 Earnings and Leave Statement

TO: HR Operations Customers in FPPS Database 1 (Pay Processing Group 1)

We are aware of an Employee Express issue impacting some Earnings and Leave Statements for Pay Period 2026-18.

The year-to-date gross pay in the “Your Pay Consists Of” section of the Earnings and Leave Statement is displaying as zero (0) rather than reflecting the employee’s cumulative year-to-date total.

Please be assured that all other fields on the Earnings and Leave Statement are populating correctly, and this issue will not affect an employee’s pay for Pay Period 2026-18.

We are working with Employee Express to resolve the issue. Earnings and Leave Statements for Pay Period 2026-19 should display the correct year-to-date gross pay.
