If you opted out of hard-copy 1095-Cs, you will not receive a printed 1095-C in the mail. It is your responsibility to access Employee Express to view and print the electronic 1095-C.
If you did not choose the electronic-only option, a hard-copy W-2 will be mailed to you no later than February 28, 2026. However, you can view, print, and download it from Employee Express now.
We encourage all employees to choose electronic-only 1095-Cs for next year, and tax season is an ideal time to make the switch.
Make the Switch to an Electronic-Only 1095-C
Employee Express allows active employees to access their Form 1095-C electronically. If you would like to change your choice from a printed and mailed hard copy to the electronic-only option, follow these three easy steps:
- Log in to Employee Express
- On the left-side Payroll/Personnel menu, select “1095-C Hard Copy On/Off.”
- Change “1095-C Statement Hard Copy” to “Off,” then select “Save.”
If you choose the electronic-only 1095-C, you agree and acknowledge that you will obtain your Form 1095-C directly from Employee Express and a hard copy will not be mailed to you. Employees who separate will automatically receive a hard copy by mail.
