Your 2025 W-2 is now available in Employee Express. Even if you have your W-2 mailed to you, you can view, print, and download it from Employee Express now.
If you elected to receive an electronic-only W-2, a hard copy will not be mailed. It is your responsibility to access Employee Express for your W-2. If you did not choose the electronic-only option, a hard-copy W-2 will be mailed no later than January 31, 2026.
Starting February 17, 2026, the Customer Support Center will be able to reissue the 2025 W-2's
We encourage all employees to choose electronic-only W-2s for next year, and tax season is an ideal time to make the switch.
Make the Switch to an Electronic-Only W-2 for Next Year:
Employee Express allows active employees to access their Form W-2 electronically. If you would like to change your election from a printed and mailed hard copy to the electronic-only option, follow these three easy steps:
- Log in to Employee Express.
- On the left-side Payroll/Personnel menu, select "W-2 Hard Copy On/Off."
- Change "W-2 Statement Hard Copy" to "Off," then select "Save."
If you elect the electronic-only W-2, you agree and acknowledge that you will obtain your Form W-2 directly from Employee Express and a hard copy will not be mailed to you. Employees who separate will automatically receive a hard copy by mail.
