We are pleased to announce that IBC Human Resources (HR) is now live with the USA Staffing (USAS) Onboarding functionality. Effective January 1, 2026, IBC HR has transitioned from the Workforce Transformation Tracking System (WTTS) to USAS Onboarding.
USAS Onboarding is an automated module within the USA Staffing system that allows new hires to electronically complete and submit required pre-employment and onboarding forms, streamlining the entry-on-duty process.
This transition will not result in any changes for employees, and the impact to supervisors and managers will be minimal.
Key Points:
- All new hire onboarding will be processed through USAS Onboarding.
- The process for initiating a Request for Eligibles (SF-52) will require only minimal changes and will not impact the hiring process within USA Staffing. A short FPPS demonstration video is available here: FPPS Demonstration Link – Initiating a Request for Eligibles (RFE).
Training Sessions:
Training on the changes related to USAS Onboarding will be provided by your servicing HR Systems Specialist, who will contact you to arrange training sessions for your agency. FPPS refresher training will also be included.
