Effective January 1, 2026, IBC Human Resources (HR) will transition to USA Staffing (USAS) Onboarding. USAS Onboarding is an automated module within the USA Staffing system that enables new employees to electronically complete and submit required pre-employment and onboarding forms, helping to streamline the entry-on-duty process.
In alignment with the use of USAS Onboarding, IBC HR will discontinue use of the Workforce Transformation and Tracking System (WTTS) and Entrance on Duty System (EODS). While HR will retain limited access to these systems for historical documentation and to close out legacy new-hire records, HR liaison and hiring managers' access will be discontinued as of January 1, 2026.
Key Points:
- All new hire onboarding will be processed through USAS Onboarding.
- The process for initiating SF52, Request for Personnel Actions will require minimal changes and will not impact the hiring process in USAS.
Employees will experience no change with this transition and the impact on supervisors, managers, and HR liaisons will be minimal. System training for those affected will be offered during the week of January 13, 2026, with additional details to follow.
