Elect the Electronic W-2 and 1095-C for 2025

DATE: Monday, November 17, 2025

If you still have a hard copy of your Form W-2 and 1095-C sent to you by mail, please take a moment to consider the benefits when you switch off the W-2 and 1095-C hard copy in favor of online access:

  • View, print, and save your W-2 and 1095-C conveniently on a safe and secure website at any time from any device.
  • Reduce the risk of identity theft associated with a lost or stolen form.
  • Get earlier access: W-2s and 1095-Cs are available online in January before hard copies are mailed.
  • View one W-2 for multiple states or localities.
  • For Corrected Wage and Tax Statements (Form W-2 C), access the latest information more quickly – these forms are updated in Employee Express daily.
  • Help save costs by lowering postage.
  • Support an environmentally friendly, paperless alternative.

Employee Express allows active employees to access their tax forms electronically. If you would like to change your election from a printed and mailed hard copy to an electronic version for 2025, and future years, follow these three easy steps.

  1. Log in to Employee Express.
  2. Click on “W-2 Hard Copy On/Off” and/or “1095-C Hard Copy On/Off.”
  3. Select the “Off” option and click the Save button.

If you would like to turn off hard copies for the 2025 tax year, you must switch the hard copy option to “off” no later than December 24, 2025.

If you need to change your U.S. Postal Service mailing address, we encourage you to make the change in Employee Express no later than December 12, 2025, to ensure tax forms are forwarded to the correct address. You can review and make changes to your address via Employee Express in the “Home Address” menu option.

If you elect the electronic W-2 and/or 1095-C, you agree and acknowledge that you will obtain your forms directly from Employee Express and a hard copy will not be mailed to you. Employees who separate will automatically receive a hard copy by mail.
