Make Sure Your Applicant Knows What to Bring
When notifying an applicant to report to a collection site, remind them to bring:
- Photo identification
- A copy of their ePassport
- A somewhat full bladder
- Mask if the site requires it
- Your phone number if they need to reach out with issues
While not required, it may benefit the applicant to clear their schedule the day they report for testing and to have patience as collection sites deal with pandemic related delays or healthcare employment losses.
What Your Applicant Should Leave the Site With
When notifying an applicant to report to a collection site, remind them they should leave the collection with:
- Copy of their Federal Custody and Control Form
