MyeScreen Outage October/November 2024

On October 31, 2024, IBC was made aware of an MyeScreen outage. The outage was widespread and prevented both IBC and all of our customers from accessing the system. During this time there was little communication between our vendor and our customers. In the event of another widespread outage, our vendor will communicate with IBC and our customers within 3 hours of the outage and follow up with communication every 8 hours, or until the outage has been resolved. For questions, please contact albert_mack@ibc.doi.gov or jennifer_long@ibc.doi.gov
