As of May 4, 2025, the IBC’s Security and Drug & Alcohol Testing Division was realigned from the IBC to the Department’s Office of Law Enforcement and Security (OLES).

The National Security Division within OLES will oversee personnel security and drug & alcohol testing support. Resources for our customers will remain on IBC’s Customer Central website until further notice.

SUBJECT: IBC Drug and Alcohol Testing Customer Forum - November 21, 2024

The IBC Drug and Alcohol Testing Branch invites you to the FY 2025 Customer Forum on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. ET, to 3 p.m. ET.

The forum will be hybrid, with the in-person meeting held in the Rachel Carson Room of the Udall Building.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to hear the latest updates from the DAT Branch, Abbott, SAMHSA, Quest Diagnostics, and the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association. This year's Customer Forum will feature the following guest speakers:
