Subject: Customer Support Center (CSC) Outage - August 3 - 4, 2023
The Customer Support Center (CSC) phone system will be offline from 4:00 p.m. ET/2:00 p.m. MT, Thursday, August 3, through Friday, August 4, 2023.
During this time, the CSC phone system will be offline due to emergency maintenance. Customers will not be able to reach the CSC by telephone. Customers who call may receive a message saying they have reached the wrong phone number. The 1-866-FOR-1-CSC phone number will be live and operational again after the emergency maintenance.
