Subject: New Update – Albuquerque Data Center VPN connections

Dear Customers,

As you are aware, IBC recently migrated our systems to a new data center in Albuquerque. We are currently backhauling network traffic through the Denver Data Center.

As part of the finalization of the migration to the Albuquerque Data Center, we will utilize our disaster recovery tools to transition existing VPN connections to the Albuquerque Data Center. This will eliminate the need to set up new connections. Customers will just need to test to make sure that the migrated VPN connections are working properly.

The migration of existing VPN connections is scheduled for Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 5 p.m. MT. Customers that utilize a VPN as a secondary connection to IBC's systems can test their connections as time permits, anytime between Thursday, June 30 and Friday July 8, 2022. We ask that you wrap up testing activities no later than Friday, July 8, 2022. To report any testing issues, please contact Steve Harrington at 303-564-8342.

Thank you for being a valued customer of the IBC.

Agencies that use a VPN for their primary connection to IBC's systems, have been contacted separately regarding real time testing of their connections.
