Subject: Coming Soon: New CSC Call Center Solution and Updated Phone Number
As we informed you in a previous message, the DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) will soon roll out a new call center solution. This transition will result in changes to the CSC phone number and call menu (phone tree).
Starting Friday, March 10, 2023, the new CSC Phone Number is 866-367-1272.
The new call center solution will make it easier for you to communicate with our customer support staff. Customers will have access to new features such as a call back option, notification of the caller’s place in line, and estimated wait time.
Thank you for being a valued customer of IBC and for allowing us the privilege to serve as your trusted partner.
Updating CSC Contact Information
To ensure a smooth transition, the legacy CSC phone numbers – 720-673-9958 and 888-367-1622 – will remain operational until further notice. However, we recommend updating the CSC contact information that might be posted on your agency’s websites, intranet sites, electronic files, or printed documentation.
The updated CSC phone menu is available at https://www.doi.gov/ocio/customers/csc.
CSC email addresses will remain unchanged for now. Customers will still be able to use the specific email addresses listed at https://www.doi.gov/ocio/customers/csc for the respective IBC services.
