Subject: Reminder - QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey


The Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement (OSSPI) at GSA in partnership with OMB and the federal Quality Service Management Offices (QSMOs) launched the new annual QSMO Customer Satisfaction Survey on January 17, 2023. This survey will provide data on customer experience and satisfaction with the QSMOs, as well as understand the drivers behind the levels of customer satisfaction. This annual survey will baseline customer satisfaction and allow us to measure progress over time for QSMO performance across the federal government.

As a customer of shared services, your participation in this survey is vital to help understand the overall level of satisfaction with the QSMO’s and identify where improvements can be made in the way QSMOs support agencies.

Please note: This year, a separate Federal Shared Services satisfaction survey was sent out on January 10, 2023. This survey will provide data on customer experience and satisfaction on Shared Services, as well as gauge customers’ future service needs. A small number of you may receive both surveys and if so, please complete both to make your voice known.
