Valued IBC Customers,
It is with mixed emotions that I share that I will be leaving the IBC to assume a new position at the Farm Credit Administration. I did not make this decision easily but, after much consideration and discussion with my family, I decided to ultimately accept this great opportunity.
The time I spent with IBC was a truly unique experience. It inspired me and strengthened my commitment to serving the American people and responsibly managing public dollars.
Over the past three years, I have appreciated learning more about your missions and experiencing the results of so many rewarding partnerships and collaborations.
Serving as the IBC Director has been one of the highlights of my public service career. It has been a great honor to lead a hardworking and dedicated workforce of 900+ personnel charged with the mission of providing support services that allow you to better focus on achieving your missions.
When I depart on November 17th, I find comfort in knowing that you are in good hands under the leadership of Quan Boatman and the steadfast leadership of the IBC Executive Leadership Team.
