Subject: DOI Customer Support Center Rebrands as DOI Service Desk
Valued IBC Customers,
The DOI Customer Support Center (CSC) has been renamed the DOI Service Desk, and its phone number has changed to 1-833-364-7878.
To ensure a smooth transition, the former CSC phone number, 1-866-367-1272, will remain available until further notice. We encourage you to update any references to the Customer Support Center on your agency’s websites, intranet pages, electronic resources, and printed materials to reflect the new name and phone number.
The updated DOI Service Desk phone menu is available on the DOI Service Desk website.
DOI Service Desk email addresses remain unchanged at this time. Customers may continue using the service-specific email addresses listed on the DOI Service Desk website for IBC services.
