NOTE: Sundays are the day that the UNIX and Oracle teams patch our systems & we cannot guarantee that the systems will be up at any given time. They often go down late Saturday night for the beginning of the patching cycle.
Please DO NOT schedule Agents to run during this timeframe. Also, DO NOT schedule your Agents to run late at night/early morning when we are doing nightly updates during the work week. If you do & they do not run, you will have to manually run them.
To access training (i.e., Consumer, Author, Agency Publisher, & Job Scheduler), you must first start with the IBC Training and Performance Support Branch (TPSB).
The HR Academy is a one-stop shop where you can sign up and take any method of training (online or classroom), as well as have a record of all courses that you've completed within the system.
