How to schedule a drug test (paper CCF)
How to schedule a drug test.
To schedule a drug test, you need to access
DOI.EDRUGTEST.COM and then log in.
Contact the branch if you need additional instructions on how to log in.
Remember that Internet Explorer is the best browser to use for eDrug.
Click on 'test scheduling' on the left-hand menu.
Click on 'customer schedules collection' -- please make sure pop-ups are enabled on your web browser.
Enter donor's data. A donor is someone who you plan to have a drug tested, an applicant or employee. Enter the data required.
Donor ID, which starts with 4 zeros and then the last 5 digits of the social security number or an employee ID.
It is optional to choose a ‘gender’, it will default to male. Enter donor’s ‘Last’ and ‘First' names.
Choose test type next.
'Pre-employment' and random are the two most often used test types.
The most common test mode options to choose from are: Health and Human Services - for firefighters, law-enforcement, top secret clearances, etc. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration – for CDL holders. Federal Aviation Administration – for pilots. Federal Railroad Administration – for train operators.
In this step you will search and find a collection site.
To locate a collection site, click 'Search Collection Site'.
Enter zip code or city/state closest to donor’s home or current work location.
We recommend entering data that will be convenient for the donor.
Click ‘Find Collection Site’.
Choose ‘Select’ next to collection site you choose.
As you can see, the final step to schedule an applicant drug test is simple, just click ‘Submit’ and you are done! Supplies for this drug test will ship out to the chosen collection site within the next day.
