Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Information

The following documents provide key information to assist CORs when onboarding a new contractor, in addition to providing the COR with an understanding of PSB security processes and systems. The presentation provides a brief overview of required security systems that are utilized to initiate and input new contractor data required for on-boarding and system access.

The presentation includes helpful handouts consisting of mandates and policies, forms, checklists, and procedures that are necessary to successfully complete contractor on-boarding, establish systems access, and issuance of the PIV Credential.

The following documents and forms are to be completed by the COR and/or contractor, in their entirety, and forwarded to the IBC Personnel Security Branch Intake Mailbox for processing.

The purpose of this document is to identify the general personnel security procedures and roles for the Personnel Security Branch and the Contracting Officer Representatives (COR).

The following flowchart will assist you in determining whether your contractor will require a PIV Credential.

Note: If your contractor requires systems access, i.e. email, or other specific systems access, a PIV will be required.

This section provides an overview of the DOI Access system. The DOI Access system is the standard system used for on-boarding and off-boarding all contractor personnel who require access to DOI computers, networks and facilities.

Training

The following presentation provides key information for entering contractor data in the recently rebranded eCStaffing system. This system is now known as the Affiliate Workforce Tracking System (AWTS). This presentation also provides step-by-step information on the various fields required within AWTS. Access

Contracting Officer Representative (COR) staff who need access to AWTS, please complete and send the following documents to the IBC Operations & System Branch Intake Mailbox or fax to the OSB at 303-969-7413. The AWTS system utilizes single sign on (SSO).
