Since working with the Process Automation Branch, we've been able to automate several processes and improve overall efficiencies by eliminating manual effort. Removing the manual keystrokes has led to fewer errors and time savings. The processes automated in the Accounts Payable Branch will save upwards of 3000 hours of manual processing annually. Automating repetitive duties that are time consuming have allowed the staff to focus on other client priorities, while not losing productivity. PAB works closely with our staff to first understand the needs and expectations of the automation, then maps the process, automates the process, demonstrate the automation during user acceptance, and works with our staff to migrate the automation to a production environment.
