Words from IBC Employees

In 2023, IBC’s Lakewood campus will move to Building 48 of the Denver Federal Center, consolidating multiple buildings into one while locating us closer to many of our customers. The IBC team started planning for relocation in 2014 with a feasibility study. We are excited to have completed the design and development phase and are in the early construction phase. Check this page often for exciting updates and information.

Getting to Know the Neighborhood

The DFC has a rich and interesting history. In 1940, Hayden Ranch was the largest livestock operation in the Denver area. The ranch land was sold to the federal government to provide space for the Denver Ordnance Plant (DOP) during World War II. You can learn more about the DFC’s unique history by visiting the DFC Museum located on the first floor of Building 41.

To keep in touch, you can subscribe to the semi-annual DFC Newsletter here.
